A good friend taught me that to lead is to serve.  And for the past twenty years, I have started, turned around, or run several companies for myself and others, designing and developing every aspect of their operational infrastructure.  From drafting job descriptions to managing staff; from developing new business to resolving contract disputes; and from identifying ideal sites to building out new headquarter locations, I have run the gamut of running operations.
